My name is Gerson Mendoza and I have worked for Mercedes Benz since 2005. I started in the sales department as a porter. Three months after I moved over to the service department as a head porter in the service drive. Shortly after that I became Service Drive Manager, in charge of a team responsible for greeting clients and making sure the delivery process went smooth. I then was promoted into Internal Service Advisor taking care of reconditioning pre-own vehicles and inspecting new vehicles.  On March 2007 I moved up front as a Service Advisor. My passion for exotic cars keeps me motivated and makes me proud to work at such a prestige line of vehicles.

I started working for Mercedes-Benz in 1996 as a porter, as my first time working in the car industry. I have always been fascinated with the car industry as I learned a lot about Mercedes-Benz. From that moment all I wanted to do is help customers and put a smile on their faces with my service. I came to Mercedes-Benz of Long Beach in 2004 as an Internal Service Advisor and I moved out to the service drive a year later and I strive to provide first class service to our customers.
